I have just found a great website. My friend had told me about it because she was buying some coach gifts and it had some great ideas for that. However, she knew that I was looking for a website that could make me a photo blanket and she noticed that this one did them as well. I was so glad that she told me about it as I did not really have time to look myself. I am looking for a blanket like this for my first grandchild. He is getting christened soon and I thought that it would be a really great gift to give to him. I`m hoping that it will be something unique… which no one else will give to them. I have seen others done like this and I think that they are beautiful. I am good at embroidery and love the idea of making custom blankets by sewing names and dates of birth on them but by having a photograph as well I think it makes it really special. I hope that they will use it and then keep it by as a keepsake once he grows out of it.

I have always wanted to own my own snow cone business. I recently went to a franchise show to have a look and see what was available. I got very distracted looking at all of the opportunities that were available and spent ages chatting to people about what their company did and how much money it was making them. It was really exciting and it got me thinking about how good it could be for me to do something like this in my spare time and earn myself some extra money. Eventually I found someone in the shaved ice business. I spent a long time finding about how their business worked and what they liked and disliked about it. I was also interested in which snow cone flavors sold the best as I was thinking of only specialising in certain ones and obviously I wanted to check if they sold well. I was thinking of getting a cart with pink, blue and green stripes and wanted to just sell those 3 flavours of cone and so wanted to check that this was a good idea. I know have the contact details of the chap so I am hoping that I discuss a few more ideas with him so that I can decide whether it is going to be profitable and how I can get a good amount of regular customers.

I often used to do something in the corporate gifts line but he is retired now. I have considered various option but at his age you really have everything that you need. I was considering something in the personalised gifts market like a pen or something with his name on but he might think it was a bit naff. I think that I will just have to do what I have done for the last few years and take him out for a nice meal somewhere. There is a great Thai place in the town where he lives, that we often go to and he likes so it might be back there again!

It is so great that there are now hair loss treatment products on the market. This web based facility is path breaking in the sense that a diagnosis can be made sitting in a room and in consultation with physicians, surgeons, radiologists who are sitting in another city or some other country, may be. So MRI, Scans can be viewed and discussed by a number of physicians. A physician can consult other well known surgeons or radiologist in the specialized area to reach a diagnosis.

Emergence of PACS has also made x-ray film recycling a non- issue. X ray films were recycled as they contain a binder layer and a blue dye which can be re used. Since the X ray films are expensive, recycling them seemed a good option but with PACS imaging technology, X ray films now find limited use and in fact they have faded away.
